After a brutal attack in an alley, Sherlock Holmes is rescued by a young apprentice. Holmes must in turn solve the mystery of the source of a counterfeit coin from his sick bed and save the apprentice from prison.

The Adventure of the Apprentice's Coin is a short story featuring Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson presented in two versions: As Told by Dr. Watson and the original Third Person Omniscient. The first version is approximately 22 pages long and the 2nd is approximately 17 pages long. It is available as an ebook for both Kindle and Nook.
